Kozloduy Ltd. was founded and registered in the Bulgarian Trade Register in 1995.
The activity begins at "Neftochim" Burgas and it includes the execution of repair tasks in the technological installations and installation of new equipment. The objects of this activity are chemical plants and the combined heat and power plant.
In the following years, the company strengthened and expanded its activity in the field of petrochemicals and energy.
Today "Kozloduy" Ltd. specializes in the installation of machines, technological equipment and pipelines in the energy and chemical industry, installation of electrical equipment, instrumentation and automation.
"Kozloduy" Ltd. owns its own transport and mechanization with the necessary license, and in the production halls - high-performance equipment with digital-program control.
The quality standard ISO 9001 was introduced in 2005, for safety and health BS OHSAS 18001 in 2009 and for environmental management ISO 14001 in 2010. Today, all these standards are defined in one Integrated Management System.
Since 2008, with a certificate from the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision, "Kozloduy" Ltd. carries out maintenance, repair and reconstruction of:
- steam and water boilers;
- pressure vessels;
- pipelines for steam and hot water;
- oil pipelines and oil product pipelines;
- steel gas pipelines, gas facilities and installations for natural gas;
- steel gas facilities and installations for liquefied hydrocarbon gases;
- lifting equipment;
Since the same year, the company has been registered in the Central Professional Register of Builders and has certificates for the performance of production tasks as follows:
- First group - constructions from the first to the fifth category
- Third group - constructions from the first to the third category
- Fourth group - constructions from the second to the fourth category
- Fifth group - separate types of CMP
